Sarah graduated from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Social work in 2015. She later earned a Master of Science in Social Work with a Military Specialization from the University of Louisville. Sarah is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio.

As a UMCH Treatment Coordinator, Sarah has worked as both a clinician and caseworker serving children and teens within the foster care system. Most recently she has enjoyed working as an outpatient clinician, providing mental health treatment for children, teens, and their families.

Sarah is family oriented, as a wife and mother of two. She is enthusiastic about working with young adults and their families, while providing the assistance and support that is needed. Sarah joined Springboard Momentum in March of 2019. She offers in-network mental health services with the following companies:
