This course is for adults looking to learn the basics of practicing mindfulness and incorporating self-care activities into their daily routine. During each class, participants will be introduced to a weekly topic related to mindfulness/self-care, engage in a self-reflection activity (i.e. journaling), and practice mindfulness meditations in a safe and supportive space.
This is an open class, meaning participants can drop in at any point in the series, no commitment required. We encourage participants to invite others to join if desired!
