Fall Mindfulness Group

This group is for adults looking to learn the basics of practicing mindfulness and incorporating self-care activities into their daily routine. During each meeting, the group will review a weekly topic related to mindfulness/self-care, engage in a reflection activity (i.e. journaling), and practice mindfulness meditations in a safe and supportive space.

This is an open group, meaning participants can drop in at any point in the series, no commitment required. We encourage participants to invite others to join if desired!

Fee: $25/meeting for non clients & free for current clients
