Mindfulness/Self-Care Group

This group is a great resource for adults (18+) who are looking to learn the basics of practicing mindfulness and incorporating self-care activities into your daily routine, to work towards your wellness goals. During each meeting, the group will practice mindfulness meditations in a safe, supportive, and caring space. We will also explore breathing exercises and other mind-body-spirit resources.

This is an open-group, meaning members can enter and exit at any point, no commitment required. We encourage participants to invite their friends to join!

**Please note that this group is not intended to be a primary treatment option for addressing serious mental health concerns. It should not replace individual therapy (or other mental health supports).

Cost: $20/session for new clients & $15/session for current clients
