Developed at UCLA, PEERS® for Young Adults is the first evidenced-based social skills intervention for highly motivated individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Via didactic lessons, role-play demonstrations, and homework, participants will learn topics such as:

- Maintaining Conversations
- Finding Sources of Friends
- Electronic communication
- Appropriate Use of Humor
- Entering & Exiting Group Conversations
- Social Get-togethers
- Letting Someone Know You Like Them
- Asking Someone on a Date
- Going on Dates
- Dating Do’s and Don’ts
- Handling Disagreements
- Handling Direct & Indirect Bullying
Sessions for the program will be held every Tuesday for 6 weeks, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Course sessions will be held online via Zoom.
